1. How long will it take for my cupcake jars to ship?

Due to COVID-19, orders may experience a slight delay. Delivery by a specified date is not guaranteed. Shipping and Tracking information will be sent out via email once your order has been dispatched from the facility. Please allow 7- 10 days for processing your " Pre-order" order.

Once your order has shipped out of the facility it is now in the carrier’s hands. Express Shipping for all orders, which is about 2-3 days. Please keep a close eye on tracking and plan accordingly. We are NOT responsible for stolen packages.

Please make sure to enter in the correct shipping address as our products are perishable and there are NO refunds if you use the wrong address.

2. How long will the cupcake jars stay fresh?

By the time your cupcake jars arrive at your address, they are at their peak freshness. Our products are best if consumed within 5 days. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. Once ready to consume, let it come to room temperature and enjoy.

3. What size are the Cupcake Jars?

They are packaged in 8 ounce jars

4. Can I freeze my cupcake jars?

 

Yes! You can definitely keep the jars in the freezer for up to 3-4 weeks. Please allow it to thaw out completely  before consuming.

 

5. When would my cupcake jars be shipped?

 

Shipping occurs typically Tuesday through Thursday, to allow shipping transit time to occur during business days.
